The Fastest and Easiest Way to Motivate Yourself To Exercise
Step 1: Get naked.
Step 2: Go for a slow walk around your house (or your room or bathroom if you need to avoid scaring your family or housemates!).
Step 3: Look at yourself in every reflective surface.
Step 4: What do you love about your body? Do you want to keep that body party healthy, fit and looking good? Put on your gym clothes, get to a Fit1 Bootcamp class, visit your local fitness club or do a workout at home (check out the Fit1 Facebook page and blog for #weekendwarrior workouts and at-home workout suggestions!)
Step 5: If you’re not already getting dressed for a workout, take a look at yourself and decide whether you want to change? Do you want to feel healthy, look stronger, and empower yourself? Put on your gym clothes and get moving! You are only one workout away from a better mood.
Step 6: If you’re still naked, take another look at yourself. Are you cold? Do you have goose bumps? There’s no better way to warm up than working out! Put on your gym clothes and hop to it!
