Fit 1 Women Only Bootcamp training classes are designed to empower women in a supportive atmosphere. Women Only Bootcamp classes take place at 9:30 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Each class is 60 minutes long, and includes varied intensity and total body conditioning. Every class is unique and includes fun progressive programming to help you build strength, burn fat, and challenge yourself to achieve your goals.
With a maximum class size of 15 people you are guaranteed individual attention and less likely to injure yourself or aggravate any existing injuries. Our trainers will teach you how to complete every sequence, and provide personalized support throughout the class.
