Welcome to #MindsetMonday Changing The Belief, “It’s too late.”  People are so concerned with time, especially where age is concerned.  We allow the idea of age to define us and what we are able to achieve.  Unfortunately what we believe about age can create a negative thought pattern that keeps us from working and achieving.  It doesn’t have to be this way.

The truth that it is never too late.  No matter your physical ability, no matter your age you can take a step each and every day to achieve your goals.  Just take a simple step forward today!  One of the great things about Fit 1 Bootcamp is we take every body type, age, and fitness level in consideration and modify the workouts to help you to start from where you are and build you up to where you want to go.  So, “it’s too late” is simply no excuse.  

Change It Today

  1. Un-decide it’s too late.  Un-decide you are too old.  Un-decide that you are too out of shape. Un-decide that you can’t recover!     
  2. Focus your attention on what you can do today and do it.  Every step forward is better than no step at all!
  3. Stop making excuses for why it’s too late and take action.

  • I take action each and every day!
  • I use my time wisely!
